This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile app Juga Sport Cafe ("the App", "we") handles information when you use it.
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal data.
The App includes a QR-code scanning feature that uses your device's camera. The camera feed is processed locally on your device only, in real time, to read a QR code; it is never recorded, stored, or transmitted anywhere. The camera is only active while you are using the scanning feature.
Any in-app settings or progress are saved locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App.
The App does not include any advertising network or analytics SDK. No ads are served, and no usage data is tracked or transmitted to any third-party service.
The App does not offer in-app purchases.
The App is suitable for a general audience. Because we do not collect any data from any user, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).
The App requests camera access solely for the local QR-scanning feature described above. It does not request access to your microphone, location, contacts, storage, or any other device permission.
Since no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is no personal data at risk of exposure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
